Exam: Saturday, Feb. X, 280 Little Britain Road, Newburgh, NY, 12550, 730 am to 130 pm

Exam Fees: Training and exam: $800 per student or company rate (not including training or manual).

Refunds will require 7 days notice in advance of first class. Any cancellations less than 7 days prior to class or exam will result in a credit only for future class.
