Training Session: and Tuesday, May 5 and Thursday May 7, 1825 Park Avenue, 11th Floor, New York (Harlem), NY, 5pm to 9 pm
Exam: Saturday, May 9, 209 Main Street, Highland Falls, NY, 10928, 730 am to 130 pm
Exam Fees: Training and exam: $800 per student or company rate (not including training or manual).
Refunds will require 7 days notice in advance of first class. Any cancellations less than 7 days prior to class or exam will result in a credit only for future class.
